Meeting – October 2, 2017 with Speaker Phil Sun

Join us Monday October 2nd at the Walter Light Hall Auditorium for speaker Phil Sun as he shares with us his knowledge on how to make an image “pop” in his presentation “How To Give Impact to Landscape, Nature and Action Photography”.

Some information about Phil Sun.

Phil Sun used to belong to three camera clubs in the GTA – The Toronto Camera Club, The Photographic Guild of Toronto (now called Toronto Digital Photo Club), and The Chinese Canadian Photographic Society which he is a current an honorary member. During his competition years in the early 2000, he placed in PSA (Photographic Society of America) Who’s Who International Top Ten World Exhibitor for the years of 2004, 2005 and 2006. He is a multiple Gold Medal winner. His most coveted prize was a Gold Medal for highest aggregated score in The Royal Photographic Society in UK, one of the most prestigious camera clubs in the world. Phil Sun has also won a first prize in CAPA competition with a perfect score of 10-10-10 on my image titled “Wild Horses”. These days he is a full time lecturer, and often leads workshops in North America.
